From homestead to the fishers

The day started with a visit to one of the many meteor craters in this country. After that it was back to the coast and on to Cape Bridgewater. There are some interesting short walks here. One leads to a petrified forest that isn’t a petrified forest.

After that it was time to have a look at the Blue Lake in Mount Gambier. It’s one of the many lakes in this place that is in a meteor crater.

And then it was time to get to my destination of today: Robe.

It was a long drive again today. This part of the route to Adelaide isn’t very exciting and tomorrow’s is probably going to be worse. So there’s not a lot to mention here. Have a look at the pictures of today here: Driving from Woolsthorpe to Robe.
